Data Deletion Request

When you submit a deletion request, we will permanently remove:

• Your account profile (name, phone number, email)
• Delivery addresses and location history
• Order history and preferences
• Loyalty points and rewards
• Any photos or content you uploaded
• Marketing preferences and communication history

Some data must be retained by law even after account deletion:

• Financial transaction records — retained for 7 years for tax compliance (Income Tax Act)
• GST invoice records — retained for 8 years (GST Act)
• Fraud prevention records — retained for investigation purposes if applicable

This retained data will be anonymised where possible and used only for legal compliance purposes.

• We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours
• Account deactivation happens within 7 days
• Full data deletion is completed within 30 days
• You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete
