Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ShopInStreet's platform, including our Vendor App, Customer App, Driver App, and all associated websites and services.

By creating an account or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

ShopInStreet provides:

• Online ordering infrastructure for restaurants (website, app, POS)
• A unified customer discovery app for finding and ordering from local restaurants
• A delivery management app for delivery partners
• Marketing and loyalty tools for restaurant owners
• A B2B ingredient marketplace for restaurants
• Gajjala AI assistant for automated restaurant marketing

Account Responsibilities:

• You must provide accurate business information including GSTIN and FSSAI license
• You are responsible for all activity on your account
• You must keep your login credentials secure
• You must comply with all applicable food safety and business regulations

Platform Usage:

• ShopInStreet charges a flat monthly subscription fee — no commission on orders
• You retain 100% of order revenue (minus payment gateway fees)
• You own your customer data collected through ShopInStreet
• You must not use the platform for illegal activities
• Menu items and pricing must be accurate and updated

Payments:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• Payment gateway fees (Razorpay) are separate and charged per transaction
• Refunds for subscription fees are at our discretion
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts with overdue payments

• You must be 18 years or older to use ShopInStreet
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses
• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled without the restaurant's approval
• Payment disputes should first be raised with the restaurant, then with us if unresolved
• We are a technology platform — the restaurant is responsible for food quality

• You must have a valid driving licence and vehicle registration
• You are an independent contractor, not an employee of ShopInStreet
• 100% of the delivery fee set by the restaurant goes to you
• You are responsible for safe and timely delivery
• You must maintain professional conduct with customers and restaurant staff
• ShopInStreet reserves the right to remove partners who receive repeated complaints

You must not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our services
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Post false reviews or ratings
• Use automated tools to scrape data from our platform
• Resell or sublicense your access to ShopInStreet
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks

ShopInStreet and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the platform, including software, design, trademarks, and content we create. You retain ownership of content you upload (menu photos, restaurant descriptions, etc.).

By uploading content, you grant ShopInStreet a licence to display and use that content to operate and promote the platform.

ShopInStreet is a technology platform that facilitates transactions between restaurants, customers, and delivery partners. We are not responsible for:

• Food quality, safety, or accuracy of menu descriptions
• Delivery delays caused by traffic, weather, or partner availability
• Losses from payment gateway failures or bank errors
• Indirect or consequential losses from platform downtime

Our total liability to you in any case shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the preceding 3 months.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Restaurant owners can close their account from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice for serious violations.

Upon termination, you can request an export of your data within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
